I am a stay-at-home mother of five children and a cooking/baking enthusiast. I make muffins all the time because I’m super-busy and don’t want to rely on unhealthy fast foods or prepackaged foods when I’m traveling for work or out with the kids.
My other culinary passions include:
- Grinding my own wheat for homemade bread and baked goods
- Authentic Italian cooking
- Cooking and freezing so we can eat homemade on hectic days
- Growing food in my garden and putting up preserves
- Passing these food traditions on to my children
When not in the kitchen or running our home school, you’ll find me writing or working from home.
