		<description>I made a great variation of this recipe as my kids want &quot;chocolate muffins&quot;, not pumpkin:

Leave out the nutmeg.
Add in 3-4 Tbsp cocoa powder.

I also substituted 1/4 cup ground flax seed for 1/4 cup of the whole wheat flour for some extra anti-oxidants, and 1/4 cup of pureed blueberries instead of the applesauce.

All of my picky eaters gave it a thumbs up!</description>
