You’re my new hero muffin mom!!!!! What super great ideas…especially the breakfast and LUNCH muffins!!! My kids are older (16 & 12) so they’ll eat GIANT muffins if I make them….I don’t want to mess up the recipes, but I assume I can make them larger, and just bake longer…ya think? I can’t wait to go to the market today to stock up on ingredients for these yummy treasures!…Tomorrow I’ll be in muffin heaven!
